Questions
When will it arrive?
We prepare your order within 1β3 business days. Delivery takes 7β12 business days to Spain and the rest of Europe, and 10β20 to the UK, US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The estimate for your country is shown above.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as it ships we email you the tracking number (it becomes active within 24β48 hours). You can also check it on Track my order.
What if I donβt like it?
You have 14 days from delivery to return it, no reason needed. We refund the item and the original shipping; return shipping is paid by you. The full process is in our refund policy.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email us at shopdecozen@gmail.com with your order number and a few photos. We send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you. Everything has a 3-year legal guarantee.
Will several items arrive together?
Not always: products ship from different warehouses, so they may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.
