Refund policy

14-day right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to return it, without giving any reason.

To return an item, email us at shopdecozen@gmail.com with your order number and the products you want to return. From that message, you have a further 14 days to send the product back to us.

Condition of the item

Please return the item in good condition and, where possible, in its original packaging. You may inspect the product as you would in a physical shop. If it shows wear caused by handling beyond what is needed to check it, we may deduct that loss of value from your refund.

Refunds

We will refund the price of the product and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of being notified of your return, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item back or you send us proof of shipment.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or does not match your order.

Defective or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email us with your order number and a few photos. We will send you a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. All our products are covered by the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer's specifications.
