Order processing

We prepare every order within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Once it ships, we email you a tracking number, which becomes active within 24–48 hours.

Estimated delivery times

• Spain and the rest of Europe: 7–12 business days.
• United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: 10–20 business days.

Our products ship from our suppliers' warehouses, so orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods.

Customs and duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, any import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the recipient.

Delivery issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time or the tracking is not updating, email us at shopdecozen@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it.
